1. All sales final, with one exception

All voucher purchases are final and non-refundable once a voucher code is issued. The single exception: if a voucher is not delivered to you, a full refund will be processed. No refunds for exam failure, no-shows, or change of mind once a code is delivered.

2. Voucher issued to name on payment method

Vouchers are issued in the name of the cardholder or account holder used for payment. You confirm the name entered matches your payment method and CompTIA account. Quarantyne Academy bears no liability for vouchers issued to an incorrect name due to inaccurate information you provide.

3. Chargeback and dispute waiver

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after a voucher is delivered constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation. Quarantyne Academy reserves the right to report such disputes to fraud prevention agencies, collections, and law enforcement, and to pursue all available legal remedies. You waive the right to dispute a charge once voucher delivery is confirmed.

4. Fraud prevention

All transactions are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order, withhold delivery, and report suspected fraud, including stolen payment credentials, false identity, or unauthorized card use, to card networks, financial institutions, and authorities.

5. Third-party voucher disclaimer

Quarantyne Academy is not a CompTIA authorized reseller, partner, or affiliate. Vouchers are sourced through approved independent third-party distributors and are valid on the CompTIA testing platform. We make no warranties regarding CompTIA exam availability, scheduling, or policy changes beyond our control.

6. No processing fees

No processing fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

7. Voucher delivery

Vouchers are delivered to the email and WhatsApp provided. Delivery timing varies and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect contact information you provide.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
